The Service

Our service subsequently called MFH by www.myfirsthomeltd.co.uk & www.myfirsthomeltd.com provides a website portal on which the property vendors, referred to below as The Seller, may place an advert which can be viewed by First Time Buyers.

The service costs are summarised and outlined below:

The websites, www.myfirsthomeltd.co.uk & www.myfirsthomeltd.com are owned and managed by My First Home Limited; Company Registration Number: 6030419 VAT Registration Number: 898 6779 19. Registered company address: 36 Windrush Court Chichester Wharf Erith Kent DA8 1BE.

Since My First Home Limited is VAT registered you will be charged VAT at the current applicable rate.

Inclusion of your property in Featured Homes: £12.50 + VAT Total cost per month: £14.69 inclusive of VAT per property per month.

Your property can be viewed once registered and posted via the www.myfirsthomeltd.co.uk website.

Registration and the amount charged by MFH will be determined by the level of service selected at the point of registration with MFH by The Seller.

Acceptance of Service

By using MFH, The Seller agrees to these Terms and Conditions:

1. The Seller must be the legal owner of the property (or have the power of attorney) to advertise and you agree to grant copyright license to MFH to publish your uploaded descriptions and photographs.
2. The Seller agrees to allow MFH to use the uploaded property details on The Sellers behalf. The details The Seller advertises must not be misleading or inaccurate and MFH reserves the right to edit or delete any description provided by the Seller where deemed appropriate.
3. MFH accepts no financial liability for any interruption in services and you agree to indemnify us in respect of any claims against us or expenses incurred by breach of copyright issues or inaccuracies in property descriptions provided to us. MFH will do its utmost to ensure your details reach as many Buyers as possible.
4. MFH cannot be held responsible for The Sellers receiving no offers or viewings, no sale being made sales falling through or the sale price being lower than the selling price advertised with us.

Security

The MFH system is as secure as we are able to make it and we do not pass The Sellers details to any Third Party without your prior consent. MFH are registered to collect information in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

MFH will do everything possible to provide an ideal service to all relevant parties.

Changes in Terms and Conditions

MFH reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. If MFH change the Terms and Conditions, this will be posted on the web site and become effective from the time of posting.

Other Business

In general, all information provided and activities on MFH must not :

• Be in breach of copyright
• Be offensive or abusive in any way
• Be fraudulent or be in breach of any applicable or relevant laws or regulations
• Be in infringement of any Third Party copyrights, patent or trademarks or compromise any rights of privacy.
• Create liability for MFH to lose, partially or wholly, the service of MFH ISP (Internet Service Provider) or other suppliers
• Be liable to contain any form of computer virus or anything else that might interrupt or disrupt normal operating procedures of MFH.
• Be used to promote unsolicited prospects or services

Without compromising the current existing services and current remedies MFH may immediately issue warning or suspend or refuse the use of the website and services to The Seller should The Seller be in breach of the Terms and Conditions of MFH.

The Seller hereby understands that MFH is not representing The Seller as an agent for the Property Sale

The Seller is acknowledged as legal owner of the property or properties or the authorised legal representative of the vendor said property or properties.

The Seller understands and agrees to total responsibility for the content placed on MFH. The Seller shall notify MFH within 72 hours of any property listed which is sold or no longer available for sale, be it as legal owner or legal representative.

The Seller understands that full responsibility for any changes or deletions to any property list is carried by the Seller.

The Seller understands that deletion of property listings will automatically occur on expiration of the service provided by MFH.

The Seller understands that contact will be made by anyone who sees the listing on MFH though mainly as expected by potential First Time Buyers.

The Seller understands that MFH may occasionally be unavailable due to technical difficulties, routine maintenance, internet service disruptions or any other condition that is beyond the control of MFH.

MFH reserves the right to edit or reject any listing by The Seller at our discretion.

The Seller agrees not to post defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, misleading, or illegal material, or any material that infringes on the rights of others or interferes with the ability of others to enjoy MFH.

The Seller will not use the service to violate the copyright trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any person or any other entity. By submitting material to MFH, The Seller is represented as the owner of such material, or is making that submission with the explicit consent of the owner.

All listings, including accompanying photos, become the property of MFH upon submission. Any damages resulting from errors in listings or from failure to distribute a listing by MFH shall be limited to the amount, if any, actually received by MFH for posting the listing.
